Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is for those people who wish to become Trainers and/or Assessors in their workplace, or perhaps wish to have a career change and move into the rewarding area of training. Holding this Certificate is also desirable to many employers seeking new employees and can be of advantage to those looking for new opportunities. Certificate IV could also be an advantage for those seeking advancement within their current working environment. 

Weekend Courses are also available for those who would find it difficult to come during the week due to other commitments, so do not hesitate to call to discuss your needs.  (Needs to be a group of a minimum of 3 people)

We can also arrange for training to be delivered on site (in your current working environment (managerial approval is required) or at home. We will come to you on several different occasions over a period of several weeks and deliver face to face training and set tasks to be completed between visits. This can be a great advantage to those who require the qualification in their current role or who wish to become professional trainers. (currently only available in Brisbane).
